All of the photos, which represent ski resorts are used by terms and conditions provided by ski resorts. topskiresorts is using photos only to represent and promote ski resorts and uses only these photos, which are allowed to use for media purposes by ski resorts. All photos were received from ski reosrts directly or taken from media folders on ski resorts web sites. All photos are used in accordance with the copyright law and each photo was placed with required copyright information. If there was no provided instruction about copyright information, then as copyright information was added name of the ski resort. If you will find not correct copyright information under some photo, then it can be mistake only and it will be corrected immediately after we will receive notice about it. Please, notify us if you found not correct copyright information under photo or photo that cannot be used anymore as media photo to represent and promote ski resort by email: [email protected].

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
